How to hide block for user user on mediawiki?

Good afternoon!
There is a wikipedia created on mediawiki and it has a block with special parameters that I want to hide from ordinary users.
Is there some kind of condition to check if the user is logged in and or a function to hide this block when the user logs in to wikipedia
(PS: $wgGroupPermissions['user' ]not suitable for this)
Maybe someone knows how to solve this?
