"Localization" of a laptop bought in China

There was a question about buying a laptop. The prices attracted the Chinese Apple Store, and there was already a post on Habré about buying there. I'm interested in two points: what characters are on the keyboard (only Latin or something else in addition to it) and how to solve the power problem (plugs / sockets are different there, unfortunately)?
