[Local OpenStreetMap Server] Changes made in edit mode not appearing in map view?

Hello OpenStreetMap Experts! I ask you for help. I must say right away that I am new to OSM and probably do not catch up with something.
Our company has a local OpenStreetMap server hosted on its own server and domain. Our cartographers draw streets and houses there in edit mode. The problem is that houses are visible only in edit mode, and maps do not appear at all in view mode. I know that in normal OSM it takes several hours before changes are published. But on this local server, the changes have not been published for two weeks.

you need to kick the server to redraw the map tiles.
because the changes are written to the database, and see raster tiles.
or set up automatic rendering of the changed location.
