Local drives not opening in RDP session?

In the RDP session, local drives do not open, they are visible but they do not open, I checked the permissions on the terminal server, there are ticks in the RDP settings.
No errors or messages in events.
Server 2008 r2, windows 7, 10 clients.

Dobryi) Try to have disks open permissions, in advanced options (as well as reboot Server)

I rolled out a backup copy of the server, the disks started working.
