Local directory synchronization simultaneously with Yandex.Disk and Google Drive?

No one will tell you how and with what utility (free, preferably) you can set up synchronization of a local directory with subdirectories on a computer (Windows 10) simultaneously with Yandex.Disk and Google Drive WITHOUT using proprietary Yandex / Google utilities?

At one time I used goodsync , though paid, but there are also on trackers.
