I apologize if the question is vague, but I still can’t formulate exactly what I’m looking for, because I haven’t found it

yet etc. And to be sure to have this:
- You could paste pictures from the clipboard by simply pressing ctrl-V
- Statuses and flags (in the spirit of open / closed, minor / major, ...) and sorting by them
- Search by text
- Easy to share over the local network (for reading)

Wunderlist? Local and able to synchronize.

TODOList might work. You can insert pictures (in Rich Text mode), there is a task priority, you can set your own statuses, all tasks are stored in one file that can be shared.
