LiveReload/LiveEdit for WebStorm/PHPStorm + Firefox Developer Edition?

Hello.
Is it possible to auto-refresh a Firefox tab after making changes to a file/project in Webstorm/PHPStorm?
How to make friends with FF and these products from JetBrains?
Found out that there is a LiveReload plugin for SublimeText 3 and Firefox. Very cool and comfortable.
PS Gulp and other "modernities" do not use yet. I read that you can use gulpa, but this option does not suit me.

webstorm can do this without using gulp
plugin called LiveEdit, there is an extension for Chrome
