Today my liveinternet stopped working. A cursory run on Google said that they closed access to users of Kazakhstan. Who can help clarify the situation? I checked with Ukrtelecom and another Kharkov provider.

Due to technical work at our provider, there may be problems with access to our site and losses in attendance records.
