You need to use this Disks utility, it's called Disks, to connect the correct name and do not call sdb, there will be the correct options. Then run Baobab in this utility and scan the contents, in the file manager, set up actions after connecting, and everything will work. I think the correct name is by default (the default for a flash drive).
