Linux Mint 19.1 - how to fix the battery indicator?

Hello.
The problem is this: the new laptop is charging from the charger (but does not show a charge above 97%), while the widget says "On battery". This is inconvenient, because at the same time, the power supply settings for the “Battery powered” mode are triggered - the screen turns off after 5 minutes, etc.
acpi shows this:
when charging is disabled

Battery 0: Discharging, 94%, 03:46:20 remaining

with connected charger
Battery 0: Unknown, 94%

Laptop lenovo 320s-13, Linux Mint 19.1, kernel 5.1.16-050116-generic

Usually, all sorts of indicators, etc. take information from
/sys/class/power_supply/BAT*/ (the battery number can be different - 0, 1, etc.)
For example: in /sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/status there may be such options: Discharging /Charging/Full
Then there are two options - everything is ok there and the problem seems to be in the indicator.
Something is also written there, and then most likely a problem with the drivers and how the battery was determined.

Have you checked the maximum and minimum charge limits in the BIOS? Is there something in dmesg?
