How to put Windows XP in my position?

I want to play one game, but it is only for windows.
There is an image of windows xp (yes, old, but it will be played: D)
But how can I install it? A multiboot flash drive (done via multiSystem) does not boot, no errors, nothing shows - a black screen and an underscore.
What are my options? There is Debian, a flash drive and an image.

1. You can try to run the game under Wine without any Windows ... gamers claim ;-) that a lot of games work this way.
2. make a virtual machine under VirtualBox and install Windows there ... here you have to tinker with the screen resolution, guest additions, etc. See VirtualBox (resources and features)
3. Quit playing ;-) - you have to do business!

Isn't it easier for you to actually use virtualbox or upload liveseed with XP to a USB flash drive and store your saves on a USB flash drive!?

you will either find your game in the list, or screw it the way you need with this little thing.
