Linux laptop freezes from time to time, what could be the problem?

I turn on the laptop, after about an hour it starts to slow down terribly, the cursor barely moves and freezes completely
running phpstorm, chrome, a terminal and a couple of little things
costs Linux mint

See in the terminal what top shows at the top of the list.
View logs.
Understand - what loads .... but most likely it's chrome.
