Linux does not see connected USB device after reboot. How to treat?
There are two Raspberry Pi (B+ and 2 B+) with Raspbian OS, I connect an FTDI-based USB/RS-485 converter to them ( ntoa.ru/product/konverter-usbrs485), which is detected as a ttyUSB0 device and immediately works fine. But if you reboot the RPi, the device is not detected, you have to reconnect 1-2 times.
There are no complaints about the converter - it has been tested on many works. At the same time, other connected devices (mouse, keyboard) are detected when turned on.
When the download is complete, the program using the converter should start.
Is it possible to force the operating system with some command to organize a re-check of connected devices?

See how the FTDI power is made there, it should be from USB, just for the sake of being able to cut it off when the device is initialized.
