Linux (Debian) Server performance vs Windows Server?

The essence is this:
there is a console application (.net core)
there is a server
Konsolka receives information through web sockets, analyzes it, makes a decision, sends the decision back.
The question is in speed:
How big will be the difference in performance between Windows Server and Linux Server (Debian) of a console application (.net core) working with sockets (I assume that the Windows GUI, as well as its other bells and whistles, will eat up a little (or not) processor time)?
For example ping between servers: 0.1-0.2ms, data processing: 0.01-0.03ms

If you are very worried about gui, install Windows without gui - server versions like this can. I haven’t really seen it live, but whoever works a lot with Windows here will surely say what it looks like :)
