Linksys e1000 slows down LAN

Given: Linksys e1000 home router, with almost default settings and Internet access.
One pc downloading torrents with filezilla ftp up (local only), one laptop, a wdtvlive streamer with a terabyte disk connected and shared to the grid, a couple of ios devices. The streamer and pc are connected by cable, everything else is via wifi. Internet connection is stable and causes no problems (2.5 MB). Local files are transferred satisfactorily at a speed of 3-5 Mb/s. Only the utorrent port is open on the Internet.

Problem: about a week after the restart, the transfer of files over the local area starts to shamelessly slow down. The speed drops to 300-800 kb/s for all protocols. At the same time, the connection to the Internet works stably and without visible problems.

Rummaged through all the settings of the router, turned off the torrent. Left clients on wi-fi did not find. After rebooting the router, everything is restored and works stably for about a week. Then all over again. The official firmware is the latest available on the manufacturer's website.

@Perkov

If the firmware is the latest - recipe number one - roll back one version back. Then (if it doesn’t help) put ddwrt on it (there is only one version available - so there are no options here).
