How to connect Elastix to LinkSys Spa 3102?

Installed Elastix 4.0 on a virtual machine. You need to connect LinkSys Spa 3102 to it, using it later to make calls to external city phones. Currently only LAN calls are configured for Elastix 4.0 inside the office. I did not find detailed instructions for setting up Elastix 4.0 via the web interface.
