Link fails between router and switch

Cisco 7606 and QTECH 3900, 10 Gb / s link does not rise. We shutdowndo it on both devices and right there no shutdown. Link rises for about 10 seconds and then falls again. Debug on Kutek: Minimal interface settings: Cisco: QTECH: Tell me , please, where to look?

There is such a thing on optical modules called DDM. This functionality, among other things, allows you to find out the attenuation level, the temperature of the optical module. Including, if the signal is weak, the switch can be configured so that it lays the port (on long lines on a number of firmware this is the default, and it was there that the timeout was 10 seconds before shutting down)
Therefore, read about DDM, learn about functioning on your hardware, and disable if necessary. They themselves once suffered with lengths after updating the firmware.
