Linear problem?

Good evening, please tell me, I'm looking for a CRM (task book), I want to get a linear display of time for tasks by employees. I looked at the jira software roadmap, but it’s a little different there, there is a task, then the time that will be spent on it. If it were possible to set time for subtasks (epics), it would be possible to create 1 task (1 employee line) and there the subtasks would already be visible.
The bottom line is to display tasks linearly for each employee to understand the deadlines and workload, in order to distribute these tasks to freer employees.

Hi. we wrote our crm on google sheets. Tasks are synchronized with users' google calendars and shared calendars. Synchronization is two-way. I think there you can tie analytics on user load
