No way. Firebug displays the structure of the HTML document at the current time, which may differ from the one originally given by the web server. Line numbers can only be viewed in page source view. But in this case, this will be of little use, since the displayed HTML code is only what your server code generated and gave, and the line numbers, accordingly, will not match.

If you are talking about the Html tab, then it is not needed there. This tab shows the current state of the document. Use Ctrl+U.
