Limited gigabit internet speed on client devices, how to optimize?

There is a Centos 7.5 server as a router. It has two network gigabit cards, gigabit internet is connected.
The server is configured with iptables with nat, net.ipv4.ip_forward is enabled.
A computer with windows 10 is connected
to the server. An iso-image from ftp.yandex.ru is downloaded directly to the server at a speed of 60-90MB / s
From a network folder on the server, the file is downloaded to a computer at a speed of 80-90MB /
s download from the Internet directly to your computer, then the speed will be 30-40MB / s
. it turns out, in principle, that there are no problems with transferring files to a computer at a gigabit speed, but it is impossible to overclock the Internet from a server to a computer. Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

So, it was not the network, but the fact that on the server I tested the speed with wget, but on a windows computer through browsers, and it was they who could not overclock above 35-36MB / s. Through Explorer and WinSCP, the speed reached gigabit! Hurrah, comrades! Thanks rPman
