Lightweight image browser under Win7x64?

Until recently, I used ACDsee, but it ceased to suit me, since it is too cumbersome and clumsy program. I don't need such rich functionality. A simple view is enough. Please advise a very lightweight browser that can embed in the context menu. Thank you.
PS From the context menu, I would like to be able to select the required graphic application.

Imagine .
Actually, this is a plugin for Total, but it also works as a separate program. Supports all formats that I know about.
As for the menu, here's a screenshot . You can associate the program with all formats at once, or you can leave only this item in the context menu.
