Guys, has anyone dealt with this issue, we have a fairly large PC park, we are considering various options for licensing the entire park, with a small reserve for the future.

There are no precedents of serious punishment for unlicensed software in Belarus, so it is unlikely that anyone is licensed globally here.
In Russia, it's a different matter - a system administrator and a director fall under criminal liability. Yes, when I worked in Russia, I reinstalled all the servers and workstations at the company so that there would be no warez left.

Licensing means just buying licensed programs and operating systems instead of pirates?
Then, exactly, what are the problems?
We rewrite what they use in the workplace.
We cross out (and tear down) what we can do without or what can be replaced by free alternatives.
Suddenly it may turn out that the price of the issue is not so great, because nothing but the system, office and browser is required on many workstations. For such, we consider transferring to Linux as an option. An obstacle may be the need to have exactly M $ Office, administration of the entire park through Win-servers or crappy pieces of iron that can only work under Windows (printers, in the first place).
Well, we buy licenses where it is really necessary.
