How to fix PC freezing for a few seconds?

Hello, I noticed that my computer began to freeze for a second 1-2.
The freeze occurs in the form of a stuttering sound and the mouse stops moving. This happens when I listen to the radio and work with documents and rarely when I play games. And recently, even a video driver failed.

But I updated all the drivers with the help of the program. The computer assembly is new.
1. Processor: Intel core i5-6600.
2. Motherboard: ASRock B150M Pro4S.
3. Cooler: Thermalright Macho 120 SBM.
4. RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16Gb.
5. Video card nVidia GeForce GTX1060 Inno3D
Windows 10 is pirated.
I will add that Windows cannot be updated. There is a 10% update and turns off. When I turn it on, it says that the update could not be installed and that's it. Although I turned off this function, but sometimes such garbage pops up.
How can I solve such a problem? Has anyone come across...

Install a licensed Windows. Maybe you have a crack in the background of bitcoins

And if you boot from a live cd into another OS, ubuntu, for example, does this happen? Try doing a stress test. Are there any problems with cooling? Is the power supply sufficient?

  • Check startup, services and processes (anvir, msconfig, etc.)
If there are no complaints at this stage, then the problem may be in the OS, drivers, buggy hardware.
Windu is better to install licensed. MS does not fix bugs that are introduced by hackers when hacking Windows. And it does not fix its bugs on pirates without updating either.
It is better to completely uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the sound and video card (if possible, and all the others) by trying different versions.
And with iron, everything is complicated and confused.
