Licensed windows 7 OEM and BOX

If anyone has come across the purchase of licensed software for home use, please describe in general terms the most important of the license agreement (what is possible, what is not).
As well as such questions as:
- how is the activation
- can it be installed on two computers at once.
— change of hardware of the computer, up to replacement of the computer.
- underwater rocks?
Applies to both BOX and OEM.
P.S. I plan to take Home Premium x64.

You can only install on one computer (it seems there is no difference between OEM and boxing). Boxing can then be transferred to another (removed from the old one). OEM cannot be transferred - it is tied to a specific piece of iron. Accordingly, the replacement of hardware for OEM is also limited - from a certain limit, Windows can say that it will not work here.
Another difference is that OEM does not have technical support. More precisely, support should be provided by the one who installed it, and not by the MS.

OEM is only sold to computer assemblers in a good way, i.e. if you put OEM on the computer (and prepared the environment: pre-installed drivers / software, indicated the technical support phone number and hours of operation, yourself / your company as an assembler, prepared the license acceptance screen ...), then you should sell this computer, and not use it yourself. It's written in the license. Although in practice, all do not care.
It is bought in Russian realities (and not only in Russian), as everyone knows, with arbitrary hardware (flop drive, RAM (sometimes non-working), mouse ...).
The rest has already been said.

OEM - the so-called. offline activation, a certificate is embedded in the BIOS, a special serial number is entered into the OS, if the certificate + serial number is needed, the OS considers itself activated. More details can be found, for example, on the ru-board, in the topic about OEM activation.
BOX - online activation, via Internet / phone.
>> whether it is possible to install at once on two computers.
Yes, by buying two boxes.
>> change of hardware of the computer, up to replacement of the computer.
For OEMs, it is critical to replace the motherboard (including because there will be no suitable SLIC, you can bypass it, for BOX it doesn’t matter, except that with a complete change it will ask you to reactivate it.
As a matter of fact, if you take branded computers every time - you can not soar, but if self-assembly and frequent replacement of a complete set or computer for a long time (more than 2-3 years) - BOX
