Licenses for software and other works

Hello. Faced such a situation. There is a web studio with which I cooperate and which orders projects on my own CMS based on symfony components (maybe their license affects something). There are suspicions that they will use it for their commercial projects without my consent. Is there any separate license for these cases where I can restrict its use without my consent? What should I do if they use it without my permission and/or pass it on to third parties? For this, a written agreement with them is required, or what can be considered an agreement in which case? Thank you!
