License for open source win application?

Tell. I am writing an open source utility for win, the code is on github.
What license do I need to expose so that it satisfies the following conditions:
- ban on commercial use (this is the main requirement)
- when modifying existing code + distribution - link to the author / project.
Otherwise, there are no restrictions.

All the licenses that github gives you to choose allow for commercial use.
Would you like a CC-BY-NC-SA - Creative Commons "Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike" license

What's the point of this strange mix of sounds if you're actually writing non-free/proprietary/proprietary software?
As for the license, (thank God) there is no such pool of ready-to-use licenses for non-free software as there is for free software. Each petty proprietor, as usual, writes a license for himself, peeping at his neighbor. There is no difficulty in this, because it is not necessary to prohibit a lot of mind.
