The police hung a bracelet on my brother (he got into a fight). On holidays, he was at home, his parents came and all the neighbors saw him. But the cops showed some paper, they say, you left the city and we fixed it.
How to prove innocence? How is this crap done? Where to apply?

Simka inside, signal via gsm, location via gps (probably). The cellular operator will not say anything. Let them show the method of fixation and go to court

gps can lie with an error of + - 3000 km if the satellites do not stand up like that :)
