NO!!!!
If you live in a high-rise building, especially designed before 1997, the probability of getting 230 V. too high on the body.

And how do you recognize where zero is, zeroing the system unit inside the case? And if, after transferring / cleaning the computer, you connect the outlet differently than it was before? In this case, when the plug of the system unit is plugged into the socket, the phase will fall on the case, which means it will connect to the ground and you will start up this phase around the house by grounding, which means the battery as well.
For good, somewhere in the shield is zero and so it should be connected to ground.
In this case, if for some reason the phase hits the case, then, firstly, the voltage must drop to a safe level, and, secondly, a phase short circuit will occur (that is, a phase and zero connection) and the machine will work.

Or grounding, or grounding. In general, what kind of zeroing can we talk about if you have land ?! Yes, and zeroing in itself is a "dark" thing.

In no case.
Although Zero and Earth are usually already connected somewhere. But in one place and quite far from you.
There can often be a small potential difference between Zero and ground.
In some cases, a large current can flow at the connection point!

After the shield, zero should not connect to the ground anywhere. This is expressly prohibited by the Rules. The operation of the RCD due to current leakage to the ground, a short circuit when the plug is turned over in the outlet, and special effects when the neutral wire is disconnected in the ASP will be for sure, pizdyuli from an electrician are optional.

Zeroing according to the PUE is a deliberate protection that is used exclusively for industrial purposes and should not be practiced at the household level!
