Looking for a book on cybernetics?
Help me find a Soviet (late 80s) book on cybernetics.
Appearance:
soft blue cover, glued drop-down sheets, 300 pages in total, drawings on the cover (I don’t remember what, but I think it’s on the topic).
Content:
at the beginning - the history of robotics and cybernetics from the very beginning (Dro's mechanical devices, chess automata and pseudoautomata, chess "Turk" - all with illustrations);
then descriptions of various electronic devices and circuits for them, incl. (what I could remember 10 years later): “tic-tac-toe” on a relay, a perceptron, a railway control system (toy :) based on neurocurrents (along with a background on their detection using frog preparation), a couple of color and music installations and much more .
For a long time I sinned against this book:
the beginning, it seems, seems to be, but it looked more modern and there were diagrams.

Judging by your description, it is very similar to Yu.M. Otryashenkov. "Young cyberneticist" 1978, but it has a different cover. Maybe just different editions.
