How to interfere with a drone?

It is necessary to create a device that, with its radiation, will interfere with the operation of the drone's transceivers and, as a result, help to "knock down" it. I would be glad to concrete practical proposals, as well as literature on the topic.
Z.Y. It is advisable to follow the following requirements: -
power (knockdown up to 10 km)
- safety for the operator
- mobility (max. power supply - from a diesel generator)
З.З.Ы. The right side is irrelevant

This is where we can shoot down drones for pleasure, for NATO like Russian air defense systems are vigilant, and they don’t share laurels with ordinary inhabitants.

I suspect that any more or less competent developer provides for an automatic return to base mode in drones when control is lost.

Let me guess, you work for a research institute tasked with developing a system to counter enemy drones? Or not, a development for the protection of the estates of large officials, so that all sorts of bulk people do not fly to watch the scale of fur storage?

finding + HEADLIGHTS + transmission of false GPS signals
UPD.
If powered by a diesel generator, a powerful (or long-term) interference cannot be put.
And if the idea of physical destruction by another drone?
And an article in the topic sdelanounas.ru/blogs/53633
1. If the enemy drone is offline (does not transmit or receive signals)
a. according to GPS - it is possible to replace the GPS signal and perhaps a diesel generator is enough, it would be nice to find it and put interference not in all directions, but in a direction (PAR)
b. Without GPS, according to the inertial system - only direction finding and shooting down physically.
2. If the drone is controlled from the ground (it receives control signals, but not GPS, it does not transmit), but it is hardly possible to interfere with control from a diesel engine. Unlikely control mode.
3. If the drone transmits a signal (picture), but moves autonomously, take bearings on the signal and shoot down.
The most difficult option is 1b.
It's probably possible to pinpoint. Even if the drone is completely plastic, it is possible that a lithium battery is well-directed.

I think that a directional RF signal at a frequency of 14...20 GHz, modulated by the frequency at which the microcontroller operates (important!) and falls.
