Library for displaying a graph like "speedometer"?

It is necessary to display a graph of the speedometer type (semicircle or sector) with an arrow on the page. You need a simple free library.
I found the odometers in ezComponents, but there are odometers in the form of a serif bar.
Recommend something easy for a beginner.

If JS doesn't scare you, then maybe Highcharts ? Great collection of demos and excellent documentation, plus it's free for non-commercial use. The library has a large community, answers to almost any questions are very easy to google.
