Lenovo Thinkpad best resale?

Good afternoon. My old laptop is broken and I need another one urgently. There is little money (20 thousand rubles), but something needs to be done. Went to Avito and didn't see anything, in my opinion, better than Lenovo Thinkpad laptops. I need it to work in Visual Studio and similar IDEs, I don't play games. The choice fell on two models: L470 and X240. Is this the best you can find on a resale? The question, probably, is not even whether this is the best choice, the question is relevant at the moment and how long it will last. I understand that my question is kind of stupid, but still, I would like to "advise".

If you haven't found anything better, then yes, the best.
The L470 has a newer generation of memory and a higher resolution, I would take it.
