Legality of using UltraVNC in a commercial organization?

Good evening, comrades. It became interesting, there is an organization with a large infrastructure, AD, 1C servers, more than 2 hundred machines. Given the presence of a common local area network between branches, is it possible to count on the legality of using such software to accompany users. I have conflicting information on this account, however, I specifically opened two files in the root of the program's installation, readme.txt and License.rtf, and did not find anything that says a ban on use in commercial organizations. Yes, there are lines about prohibiting modification, but I only need, roughly speaking, to scatter it over machines through GPO, set up an authorization password and use it for remote control on machines. I ask for help, who can specifically deal with this software in this form of question, it is very interesting to know a qualified opinion.

When in doubt, I usually write to the developers, where I directly ask "Is free use allowed for commercial use?" There are many programs that seem to be free, but for commercial use - there is a caveat ...
