Legal question on using the Windows installation disc?

Good day. I am planning to work as a computer technician at home and have the following question:
Do I have the legal right to keep and use a Windows disc burned from the original image to a) restore an existing system, b) install a clean system on a computer with an existing Windows license?
If the legal question for W10, W7, XP is different, then the answer for each of them is of interest.
