Legal issues using background from iWork

I am writing an application for Android. Once, poking around in my friend's iPad, I saw a background for presentations in Keynote, looked at how it would fit with the design of my application - it fit very well. I think to use it as the main background in the application.
As far as legal issues, does anyone know if this is legal?

Read the license agreement for Keynote or iWork. As a rule, for media materials included in such packages, permission is given for use only in documents prepared using the package.
