Legal aspect of using information on your site?

Let's say I place on my site information taken from someone else's site. For example, this is last.fm, information on which is mostly added by users, can I copy this information to my site if it is not mentioned anywhere that information cannot be copied?

@Nutterix

What information are we talking about?
If we are talking about music tracks, then everything is written quite clearly on last.fm:
<...>
iv. do not copy or seek to copy or “rip” any audio and/or audiovisual content from the Website or any part of the Service (including, without limitation, the Last.fm widget);
vi. do not adapt, copy, republish, communicate to the public, display, transfer, share, distribute or otherwise exploit the Content, except as under these Terms of Use.
Those. The user of last.fm is given the right to use the content available on the service, but it is impossible to copy audio or video from there without the prior consent of the service itself, otherwise it is a violation of the terms of use of the service.
If we are not talking about music / video, then we need to look at the text of the ToS further, it’s just that there is no specifics yet about what information the question is about.
