Layout doesn't work. How to solve the problem?

Installed lubuntu 15.04. Everything works except for the Russian layout, that is, it is, but for some reason phonetic.
How is it treated? IBus is responsible for changing the layout.
PC : HP Compaq cq58.

I don't know how I fixed it. I just did
apt-get purge ibus
reboot
apt-get install ibus
and it worked.
Nothing else seems to have been done.

Maybe you chose phonetic during installation? Go to settings, add what you want.
