Layout designer's portfolio - how not to violate copyright on layouts?

Good afternoon!

I'm practicing website design. I take layouts in the telegram channel, in which they publish layouts from figma (English and Russian). I'm going to put a few finished works in my portfolio, BUT: can there be claims from authors who, quite by chance, may find that I used their layouts without consent?

If such a situation is possible, how to protect yourself?

Why it bothers me:
I start from the idea that not all customers can appreciate exactly how the code is written. For some, it is important to see the result - the finished site with all its interactive elements, animations and more. And this is where the question of copyright on the layout of the site itself arises ... Or am I mistaken?

Please explain, people in the know :)

Write this text on the portfolio page and don't sweat it:
These HTML and PSD layouts and templates are found on the Internet as freely available. If you are the author of a layout or template and against its distribution, please notify by e-mail through the contact section in order to eliminate the offense
