Launch programs through a specific network interface on windows 7, how?

It was necessary to configure some programs in windows7 to work strictly through a specific network interface, through the TAP-Windows Adapter, aka VPN.
There is an Outpost firewall available, in which, unfortunately, nothing of the kind can be done, but at the same time, I don’t want to change it to some other firewall, since it suits me more than the others.
Maybe there are utilities, or some kind of separate software to do this?
That is, so that a single browser, say Opera, or some kind of messenger, can access the Internet exclusively through the TAP-Windows Adapter, and when the VPN connection is broken, of course, they do not get into the network.
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how this can be done without replacing the Outpost firewall with another one.

You can configure it only through routing - by specifying the addresses that the program accesses in routes through this interface.

I see only an option for Opera and Messenger on the other end of the tunnel to run an http or socks proxy by setting it in the browser and messenger settings

In addition to the solutions with proxies, which have already been mentioned, I will add that these "some" programs that are required to go only through TAP can be put into Virtualka. And in the same place in the virtual machine to raise this TAP (but why the author writes TAP ...). And outside and inside, cut all outgoing traffic except for what goes to the VPN server address.
But I don't know how to configure per-interface rules for Firewall in Windows (please don't confuse with classes or types).
