I have the same laptop. Everything is pretty simple. Take IPS, it is desirable Dell.
hard.rozetka.com.ua/monitors/c80089/producer=dell;sort=cheap;21362=8698%2C8699;21368=6294%2C6295;22050=11608/ The
maximum supported resolution is 2560x1600 ( Intel spec site ).
If there is no hdmi on the monitor, you can buy an adapter for Display Port or DVI.
By the way, our laptop handles two monitors without any problems (one via VGA, the other via HDMI). For VGA, I do not advise you to take a very cool monitor, because. Through it, the transmission quality leaves much to be desired.

read the reviews on tftcentral.com and look at monitors with pure gray and white fields in real life, with different brightness - a good monitor is a complex concept) the crystal effect does not allow someone to live on most ips, someone flickers on led monitors when normal brightness of the eye kills, someone needs uniform illumination and color temperature)) in fact, these things do not interfere with work, but they affect the price well.
27 inches is already 2560 width, but it’s not a fact that the laptop will pull, 24 "and 1920 * 1200 are better. If the requirements are not very high, we can recommend dell u2412m and asus PA246Q - these are IPS, asus on p-ips, there is better color gamut. if the monitor does not have HDMI, this is not a problem, there are plenty of DVI adapters.
