Good afternoon. I can't figure out how to create cron in ISP

/usr/bin/php /var/www/user/data/www/site.ru/artisan schedule:run - Не работает.

This error is thrown when executing

PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected T_CLASS, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in /var/www/user/data/www/site.ru/artisan on line 33
