Hello, tell me please. I have a problem connecting monitors to my laptop. This problem did not appear immediately, everything worked well, but I don’t understand what happened. I connect the monitor model Aser VG240Y Version VG240Y bmiix to the Asus X542U laptop, close the lid (all settings are on the closed lid so that I don’t sleep, etc.) everything works fine until I turn on some kind of weighty game, i.e. surfing the Internet, watching movies without problems, everything works, as soon as I turn on the game, after 3 minutes the laptop turns off completely. But there is a feature, if the lid is not closed, then everything works ... Tell me how to be? what could be causing this problem. At first, everything was fine both in games and with the lid closed, it didn’t start, I didn’t change the settings.
