Laptop stuck on restore point, what should I do?

I rolled back to the restore point, now the message is "Wait, Windows files and settings are being restored. Initializing system restore ..." and so on for 2 hours.
Can you turn off your laptop? Will it turn on without any problems? Before that, the system worked.
Windows 10.
