Laptop shuts down after replacing RAM, what should I do?

Hello. Today I decided to change my hynix 8gb hma81gs6cjr8n-vk n0 RAM (which was from the factory) to 2 other AMD Radeon R7 Performance Series R7416G2606S2S-U. My laptop supports RAM up to 32GB, and the processor page generally says up to 64GB. The RAMs match in all respects except for volume and delay (I don’t know if this matters). I carefully disassembled the laptop, inserted the RAM, assembled it, turned on the Windows, it takes 10 minutes to turn off, turn it on again, again it takes 10-15 minutes and a black screen. Individually, these RAMs work flawlessly in both slots. Tell me what could be the problem?
My laptop is Dell g3 3579.
