Laptop screen 15.6 inches at 1920 * 1080 - tolerable with mild myopia?

You urgently need to buy a FrontEnd
development laptop (ie, in addition to the IDE, you peer a lot into the UI in the browser)
Screen 1920 * 1080 at 15.6 inches - is this tolerable with mild myopia?
For coding and reading docs?

It doesn’t matter what the screen extension is, the main thing is a high-quality matrix that does not flicker and does not give a different image to each eye (does not change at an angle).

For me, 15" is a bit too much - 17" is ok. I made myself a bunch of 17" 1920x1080 + 24" 2560x1440, it's more convenient to work with the same pixel density.

I have -3 in both eyes. I mostly work without glasses at 22" FHD. Sometimes I put on glasses when my back gets tired. At home I used to be 24, I also played and worked without glasses. Now at home 42 4K - only with glasses at a great distance.

Taste is all this. In terms of vision, I have a slight minus and two laptops with diagonals of 15.6 and 17.3 inches. Both do not flicker, both tire when working in the dark. The font size is configurable.
