Laptop, Integrated AMD Radeon HD 7450M?

In general, the patient is Hp pavilion g6 1358er
The problem is in the video card: AMD Radeon HD 7450M
When installing the driver for it, nothing, nothing at all is installed (official drivers, and old native ones from AMD)

because it is simply not determined by the laptop

Most likely the discrete video chip is faulty and/or its power circuit is faulty. You can replace the video chip, or you can finally transfer the laptop to work on the graphics built into the processor.
On this laptop, it seems to me that the discrete video card cannot be disabled through the BIOS settings, but I could be wrong.
