Any modern one will do.
But how can you see these small things on the small screen of a cheap laptop ....
I would take Frankenpad 15 with a resolution of 1600 by 1200. It just costs about 25,000 rubles.

I bought a laptop for work as an electronics engineer approximately for your tasks + access to the facility for programming controllers (that's why the laptop is replaced by an HDD with an SSD in it)
A person’s vision allows you to work normally on a laptop, but it’s not even close to investing in your budget: ASUS with 15 " IPS 1920x1080 screen, i5, 4G, HDD replaced with SSD.
