Good day to experts

1) There is a home network 192.168.1.0/24. It has a computer 192.168.1.101 - on it the VPN Client receives the address 10.0.0.101
2) There is a VPS, it has a VPN Server.
Its (VPS) external white IP is 45.144.64.226, the IP for the VPN tunnel is
10.0.0.1 from clients the server pings - but clients do not see each other.
The task is for clients to see each other and for an external device to be able to access the entire home network through a computer 192.168.1.101 / 10.0.0.101
The server on the VPS was configured as follows: https://www.ylsoftware.com/news/706
Moreover, it turns out that the home computer 192.168.1.101 / 10.0.0.101 will be constantly connected to the VPN server - is it possible to make it go to the Internet as standard through the 192.168.1.1 router, and the tunnel is used only when another client connects to the server?
