Kyocera 181 optimal settings?

Kyocera 181 is available with A3 A4 trays. It is used actively, so failures in its work are increasingly noticeable. I decided to delve into the settings and met not entirely clear ones. I would like to know what exactly they are responsible for and what the following parameters in the web interface affect:
RAM Disk Mode: on / off ?
Emulation - PCL6, KPDL, AUTO?
Kir Mode?
EcoPrint Mode?
Logical printers?
In drivers:
PDL settings: PCL-XL, PCL-5e, KPDL?
GDI compatibility mode ?
The printer is connected to a Win2008R2 printer server. Distributed via GPO. The server has the Kyocera KX 5.3.1025.0 driver installed
The discrepancy is of particular interest, the KX drivers are installed on the server, PCL6 emulation is indicated in the web interface, and in the properties of the PCL-XL driver. How does it all fit? Could it be crashing because of this? Failures are usually expressed in the wrong automatic selection of the paper size (prints A4 to A3), often it simply does not print with the "Print Failures" error on the panel, and other errors.

RAM Disk Mode: on / off? - Memory buffer of the device, analogous to the cache of the processor. If the files are large, it is advisable to increase it to speed up the printing speed. Typically reserved from shared memory.
Emulation - PCL6, KPDL, AUTO? PCL is better to set 5-works faster. KPDL is a Kiocer Postscript emulator. Useful when printing PDF formats.
Kir Mode? - Everything is well described here:

EcoPrint Mode? - Energy and/or toner saving mode. When this mode is enabled, the print is paler, but the toner is consumed 2 times less. Also, the auto-shutdown mode, when not in use for some time (indicated in the settings)
Logical printers? - The printer is the device that actually prints, the logical printer determines how the job is processed and routed (to a local or network printer, to a file, or to a remote print resource). Prior to being sent directly to the printer, the printed document is placed in the queue of the logical printer.
Version 5.3 of the KX driver works reliably on XP or version 7 of WIN
When using newer versions of Win, it is advisable to use the version 6 of the driver.... But try to keep the 5.3 version. for XP - you need
