How to remove a stuck ink cassette from a Canon i-SENSYS MF8350Cdn?

Hello. The MFP asks to replace the cartridge, but the tray (or cassette?) with cartridges cannot be removed - the right edge is stuck. Visually, there is no damage, after pressing the blue horizontal lever on the tray, the white small holder on the spring (on the right) is wrung out. But the tray still won't come out. I looked at a similar printer for the device and movement, so on it, after pressing the blue lever, the tray almost jumps out of the printer itself. And on the problematic one - no, it doesn’t even move, you can only see how the spring is wrung out. Gentle swaying from side to side by the handle of the tray with little effort did not bring any result. Is it possible to do something, or is it better not to try and hand it over to the service?
